Hazel to make permanent move across the Tasman

Phil 'The Sniper' Hazel will leave his native homeland of New Zealand in March to compete Full time on the DPA Australian Grand prix tour.He will be based in Sydney

Hazel From Napier on New Zealands north Island had a great 2009 winning the NZ national singles as well as qualifying for the TV stages of the Las Vegas Desert classic.He then competed at the Ladbrokes.com PDC world darts Championships in London and is looking to repeat that process this year

Hazel's first event will be the Coogee Bay classic in Sydney on March 13/14 and he will then compete in all events in 2010.

Hazel will also travel back to NZ in July for the national singles titles to defend the title he won in 2009.
