Players Championship Information	This event is open to PDPA members and costs £80 to enter. Entry is available via the PDC Online Entry system. Entries will close on Wednesday August 18 at 12pm. Non-PDPA members resident outside of the UK can enter these tournaments for $115 AUD (including $15 PDPA Day Membership). To enter, visit the DartPlayers Australia website or contact Rob Denny via robertdenny@dartplayersaustralia.com . Non-PDPA members resident outside of the UK can also enter a Qualifier, which will be played on Friday August 20 in the evening. Entry is available via the DPA at the link above. Play will begin at midday and play through to a finish on the day. The format will be the best of 11 legs throughout.<>The usual DRA rules in terms of conduct, dress codes and sponsorship will be enforced at this event. Shoes The PDC would like to clarify the rule regarding players' footwear, in 5.25 of the DRA Rule Book. The explanation of this rule is that players must wear all black footwear which does not go above the ankle and does not contain coloured branding or patterns. Prize Fund per event This event will have a £22,000 prize fund, split as follows: Winner: £5,000 Runner-Up: £2,500 Semi-Finalists: £1,250 Quarter-Final Losers: £700 Last 16 Losers: £300 Last 32 Losers: £200 Last 64 Losers: £100 In addition, there will be a rolling nine-dart prize fund of £400 per PDC Pro Tour event paid to any player achieving a nine-darter; should more than one player hit a nine-darter during the same tournament, this prize would be shared on a pro-rata basis.
