2022 Satellite Tour
This seasons format will include a National daily top 32 knock out which will be live streamed on PDCTV and DartsStream live across 15 events
In order to get our best 32 players from the round robins played around the country we have had to work closely with DartConnect in order to properly utilise the data available.
Due to the fact we have differing entry numbers throughout the 5 venues we could not rely just on 1 criteria or even straight out wins as a means to get our top 32.
We have done some research on past events and found that the following criteria suited our unique event so the 2022 Qualifacation Criteria will be as follows
-Criteria 1 will be match win percentage
-Criteria 2 will Then be leg win percentage
-Criteria 3 will be leg percentage of legs won against the throw
-Criteria 4 ..Ultimate tiebreaker 3 Dart Average
A player will be able to monitor their progress during all events with a button on the events menu on DartConnect ( similar to PDC Q school qualifiers)
All 5 venues will have their Round Robin results merged to get an overall national picture , again this is a world first and we are proud that we can bring you this opportunity to all Players
Seeding for all 2022 Pro Tour Events
All venues will be seeded accordingly, if our venues are using 4 boards there will be 4 seeds , 8 boards .8 seeds) 16 boards 8 or 16 seeds) at the discretion of the National Tournament Director
Top #32 Knockout seeding. We will seed 8 players into the top 32 knockout from the the daily list ( not the Order of merit table) this will ensure we will have the most inform players after the Round Robin taking up seeded positions.
Entries will close Tuesday midnight February 8 ..a Valid email address will be necessary to use the Dartconnect System and a streaming device will be required for those in the last 32
We ask all players where possible to carry mobile portable charging devices for their own mobile phone power for inter venue games
We encourage players to use Airpod or Wireless earphone technology where possible to limit noise next to other boards that may have games in progress in Venue
