DPNZ Black Horse Hotel Queensland Dart Masters Qualifier

There were 25 entrants vying for the one New Zealand spot at the Queensland Dart Masters being held in Townsville on 12th and 13th August 2022.

Play consisted of straight knockout best of 11 legs.

Semi Finals comprised of Haupai Puha playing Kayden Milne, with the first two legs going one each way. Haupai won the next three in a row. Kayden came back and took the next. Haupai then taking another and leading 5 legs to 2 and then won the next leg taking out the match 6 legs to 2.

Semi Final two was between Ben Robb and Jimmy Samuels with the first two legs going one each way. Ben took out the third leg. Jimmy took out the fourth evening it back to two legs each. Ben took out the fifth and Jimmy the sixth and seventh. Ben came back at him taking the eighth leg and levelling it up to four legs a piece. Ben took out the ninth and Jimmy the tenth bringing it down to the last leg shoot out. Jimmy was the victor winning 6 legs to 5.

Final time and it was Haupai Puha up against Jimmy Samuels.

Haupai won the bull and threw first scoring 60, 100, 60, 100, 105, 36, and 20.
